Madlen Geidel (born 1993) studied Journalism and Business Communication at the Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft in Berlin. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree she started to work as an editorial assistant for the political magazine “Der Spiegel” and later became a freelancer for the journal. Since April 2016 she is studying the Master Programme Religion and Culture at the Humboldt University Berlin.
